Sergio Stagnaro, Biophysical Semeiotics Research Laboratory 2 February 2008 According to my Angiobiopathy Theory (www.semeioticabiofisica.it) every underdeveloped organ necessarily shows INHERITED microcirculatory remodelling, characterized by newborn-pathological, type I, subtype (a) oncological and (b) nonspeicific Endoarteriolar Blocking Devices (1-5). As a consequence we are able to recognize it at birh with a simple stethoscope and to administer adequate therapy such as conjugated melatonin and application of NIR-LED; this is efficacious in ameliorating the underlying congenital mitochondrial cytopathy, transmitted by the mother, which I have termed Congenital Acidosic Enzyme Metabolic Histangiopathy.References1) Stagnaro-Neri M., Stagnaro S.
