Weighting values for tissues. Weights used as cutoff values for the damage allowed to healthy tissues, for various combinations of tissues and routes of drug delivery. Our model rules out any potential drug that would cause too much damage to any health tissue. This maximum damage is based on a value w h = w(t h ; c, a, p) for each healthy tissue t h , applied using administration “a” to a person characterized by “p”, who has cancer type “c”; see the constraint, Equation (4). This figure encodes these basic w h values, for each the tissue t h (vertical axis) and administration “a” (horizontal). The bottom right shows the legend for the colors. (The text discusses how these weights are modified based on personal characteristic “p”).
