The original "row" values are indicated in (A-C). The SeqX 80 values were corrected by the co-location values, which are expected only by chance in proteins where the amino acid frequency follows the natural codon frequency (NF) (D-F). Individual data (left) were divided into subgroups and summed (Sum) (Groupped data, right). The group averages are connected by the blue lines while the pink symbols and lines indicate the calculated linear regression.
