Voltage clamp protocol used is a step pulse to 10 mv from a holding potential of -40 mv. Normalized [Ca²⁺] _myo transient corresponding to depolarizing pulses of 5, 10, 20, and 80 ms duration. This model-generated result shows similarity to data in Figure 2, Cannell et al. [100] showing pulse-duration dependent changes in cytosolic Ca²⁺ concentration.
