Epidemic outcomes for the base case scenario (all pathogens temporally aligned in their seasonality) in comparison to the scenarios where pathogen 10 has a shifted temporal trend. The shifting reduces the intensity of the epidemic. The reduction is more when there is a delayed peak in the epidemic for pathogen 10 as opposed to an earlier peak. (Incidence numbers above 1 indicate that cumulative probability of infections during the study period was above 100%)
