We identified the shortest-paths between each pair of the four mRMR-selected genes in the backgroud molecular interaction (PPI) network constructed based on STRING. Symbols of proteins and their corresponding genes are used interchangably herein. Rectangles colored in yellow are the four mRMR-selected genes/proteins; the others represent interaction parnters locating on some shortest-paths among them.
