Functional enrichment of highly scored ISA network module. To validate the significance of the modules recovered by MCODE [37], the highly scored module (with Rank 1 in Figure 8) was validated using the functional enrichment analysis by the BINGO program [38]. The figure indicates that module genes share three related biological process: Chromatin assembly or disassembly, DNA Packaging and Establishment, and/or Maintenance of Chromatin Architecture.Uncolored nodes are not overrepresented, but they are the parents of overrepresented categories further down. Yellow nodes represent GO categories that are overrepresented at the significance level.
