  1. The values represent the percentage of samples from N, CIS, CIS + H, CIS + M, or CIS + L groups that were classified in either cluster 1 or 2 (or 1* and 2*). The cluster is assumed to represent one of the two main trends (normal: N, or pathologic: CIS) depending on the dominance of the group (N or CIS) in that cluster. For example Cluster 1 in biochemical & fertility Indicators is considered to be the reference normal cluster as it is dominated by N group. For TA parameters, Cluster 2* is considered to be the normal reference cluster for the same reason.
